As a dual (US and Canada), while living in Canada, my tax situation was complicated -- US taxes based on citizenship, Canadian based on residency and so I had to file, and was subject to taxes in both countries. Ramona and her team handled all extremely well, and were always accessible for consultation on issues. Even after, having returned to the States, two years later I have used the service again in dealing with some issues with CRA about my residency status. Outstanding.
