Terrible, slow service . I have come to pick up a package a number of times, with a notice that was left on my door or emailed to me in hand, only to be told the package isn't there. When I would not leave and insisted they double-check they wind up finding it - without even apologizing. This has happened at least 8 times - it is like they just don't want to do their jobs and can't be bothered to check. Often there is a line up 10 or 12 people deep and it is a 20 minute wait just to pick up a package. Like something out of a central planning bureaucracy. It would be comical if it wasn't so frustrating.

People need to know how to pre purchase the labels online and weigh their own packages..the lines would be much shorter..but also will the post office hire more people? These lines are always extremely long and there's always only 1 person working at a time. Besides that the service is fine..

Monday after a long weekend at 5:21pm and there is one person working. Common here! I try to avoid this one at all costs but I live beside it.One day I was the 3rd person in line and I waited 25 minutes while the 1 person dealt with a complicated postal money order issue that required calling for help and eventually someone came from the Shoppers side to help bit didn’t even have her own login and it took them over 5 minutes of writing one on a piece of paper over and over to get the password right lol.Spare your sanity!

A busy location, but always patient and polite customer service. I am there at least once a week on average, and Dina and Lolita in particular are always helpful! Can be a bit of a lineup/wait between 5-7pm, but that's pretty standard among post offices in my experience.

Opening a new bank account, I needed to show picture ID (gov) and bank info so I could open my new online account. He claimed I needed to have a driver's license. That is untrue!! I went to London Drugs and had my bank identity confirmed in 5 minutes. I pleaded with the guy at Shoppers and he wouldn't even TRY to scan the barcode on my Services card. Just an unfortunate waste of time and effort. Very disappointing

Worst post office i've ever been too. Waited once in line here before and you need at least an hour if there's 3-4 people in front of you. Workers are very incompetent and rude. When it was finally my turn the cashier belittled and laughed at me for having the wrong stamp(which was the main reason i lined up to make sure the stamps were right as I was new to lettermailing.)DO NOT GO HERE EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. Just wait the next day to go to any other one that is open, you'll thank me as it will save you at least an hour of pure frustration.

Heads up if you don't know: Customs forms for packages you're sending outside Canada now have to be filled out online, not available at the counter except on your phone (if you have one).It took me like 30 mins to fill out 2 customs forms on my phone (luddite) but in that time I was able to observe that Dina was amazing! super attentive, knowledgeable, and has a knack for forming a genuine connection with each person. Bonus points for calling me darling and sweetie (cuz gender is a construct, k!) Xo

Had to wait more than 20 minutes to pick up a package. And Claudia working there tells me to leave and come back after 20 minutes.... When your computer has a problem you can use paper for pick ups, specially when I am not going to be making a payment.

Great service here, two people in particular are friendly, quick and knowledge, Lolita & Frellen. Very busy for Parcel pickup right after 3,4 and 5pm when people get off work but all other times are very fast.

Waited 30 mins to pick something up- only 1 staff member. When I got to the till tried to make friendly conversation by asking and showing sympathy 'are u guys down a staff member today?'. The worker completely ignored me as he has done previously upon other visits. Post worker is rude and they are often understaffed.
