I left a watch to get the battery changed. First off, they charge more than double the cost of the battery to change it. Secondly, they did not even change the battery. It is an older watch and the back light did not work after picking it up, so i figured because of the age that function is gone. The watch also stopped working at one point as I had to reset the time when I noticed it was off. Out of curiosity, I decided to get a battery from The Source and change it myself. Guess what happened. The back light was working and the time has been correct. Unfortunately I payed cash and tossed the bill before I replaced the battery myself. Needless to say, I will not be taking anything back in the future to get ripped off

Had a engagement ring repair done by brilliant gold and they did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond on the repair. It looks better than the day it was purchased! I came in to purchase an engagement ring without any prior knowledge on what to get. Jimmy explained everything thoroughly and let me look through his magnifying glass at the diamond to make sure I knew what he was talking about. It was a great learning experience which made me confident on my purchase. The turnaround time was amazing so I ordered custom earrings from them with the same great results. I come here regularly to have my Tag watch battery replaced and everyone is always so helpful and friendly to say the least. I brought my watch in that had some water get into it (I forgot to tighten the crown) and they inspected it and checked the seals and cleaned it up and had it running perfectly. I was more than happy to pay but they said no charge..I was blown away and will always come back and will refer this place to anyone I can! Over the top customer service!

Carol was incredibly helpful in identifying two pairs of earrings for me to purchase; she has a keen eye for jewelry and style, she is thoughtful, and she is so very welcoming. We also had my engagement ring repaired by Brilliant Gold last year, where they replaced a lost stone and restored the claws with more material. It was done with great craftsmanship. We used to go to a jeweller out of town but now this is the only place for us!
