Best place for printing downtown ottawa. They print as I wait for regular documents. For larger prints they need a little more time. I’ve had larger color prints made here and they are always high quality with great color. The service here is excellent. When we had the Roger’s outage they accepted an IOU. I definitely recommend this print shop.

300% better than Staples for printing. Really nice folks who are dedicated to sorting out whatever issue you have. They lead you through getting your project exactly the way you want and you'll leave having learned something. I watched them literally save a poor grad student who's formatting had gotten all messed up but managed to save it and turn into a book. They are fantastic.

So incredibly helpful. We were stressed planning my dad’s funeral and coming here was a total relief. They made sure the pictures of my dad were of great quality and went the extra step to make sure to secure us cardboard so that we could stand the pictures up during the service. Very affordable and I am super grateful we stopped here.

Rytec made printing the book celebrating my late mothers life a positive, enjoyable experience.George was amazingly reactive, quick and helpful in both printing the book and making last minute changes as we send him updated versions.I will always come back here for printing. Tl;dr Significantly cheaper than Staples and other big stores, but also with incredible quality and customer service! 10/10!AMAZING. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!! I was producing a family cookbook, and they were so incredibly pleasant and helpful. I shopped around a bit, and not only did Rytec have some of the best prices, they had BY FAR the best customer service! Sharon and George were such a pleasure to work with! They answered emails promptly and a human always picked up the phone. The quality of the books was amazing, the price was more than reasonable, and even when I had a last minute change (my deadline got moved up four days) they were able to accommodate!! I will be coming to them for ALL future printing needs. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I moved to Canada recently from USA. I was looking for a printing service like Fedex. I saw this one with great reviews and decided to give it a shot. I went in today to get the printing. I was told a certain amount to pay at the end of the service. When I asked the man at the counter about the price per page, he made a snide comment about my engagement ring and that was very unprofessional.
