I have been fortunate to have some very kind and generous mentors during my career. Darrel Kopke and his team at Institute B allowed me desk space and mentorship at a time when I wasn't sure where I belonged in the business world. These people aren't just talking about kindness, integrity and generosity. They live it, and they take their lumps and move on. Besides, I hear they throw one hell of an Oktoberfest party!
