Aaron was immensely helpful when we came in for a new iPhone. He literally helped us with every possible detail involved with a new phone; starting with identifying our needs, checking our current account to achieve the best value and setting up the phone. Aaron asked all the right questions and went beyond the call of duty to help us. He was so kind and patient with us as we are not tech savvy. Thanks so much Aaron. Phenomenal customer service experience. I had such poor experiences with my previous telecommunication services but Atif and Aaron at this location made it SUCH a smooth transition with amazing service, energy and enthusiasm. I had the best customer service from Chantelle after having a horrible one from my previous provider. She helped me get a new phone and did everything she could to make sure I left satisfied with what I got and a plan I liked. Even when it seemed difficult or we ran into speed bumps, I left the store very happy! Thanks again!

Aaron helped my parents and I with our cellphones as we were transferring from a different provider, he was truly excellent as a Bell associate and as a person. He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Our phones started working well right away. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and clearly. He also provided chairs for my parents (older) and me (with a fractured lower extremity) and filled my dad’s water bottle for my dad who was thirsty. Thank you so much Aaron.

Aaron is absolutely FANTASTIC!My dad has an iPhone 6 and I’ve been trying to get him to upgrade for years now and he’s so old fashioned he just wouldn’t budge. We came in and I told Aaron the situation and he broke down everything for my dad to make him understand how the upgrade was going to work and the benefits of switching to a much newer device. My dad agreed and ended up getting an iPhone 12. He was so nervous about loosing all his photos and his notes and apps and Aaron reassured him that he would take good care of him and everything would transfer over with absolutely no issues. We left the phone and came back and everything transferred over and my dad left extremely happy with his new upgrade :) Thank you Aaron for taking such good care of my dad. He’s extremely happy and won’t stop raving about how he won’t trust anyone else.

Bell offered our family a great deal on multiple lines. We went to the store at Erin Mills mall and Amar helped us. Chantelle helped my mom and I with an easy and effortless data transfer from my old phone to my new one. She was very nice and made everything clear on what to do and how everything would work during the process of transferring the data. Great service at the store and didn’t take long at all compared to previous visits to the same store. Chantelle was a great help and should be acknowledged for her great help and service!
