My experience with Langton Communications has been incredible. The professionalism and kindness are unparalleled. The attention to detail on behalf of the team is fantastic. And I am amazed at their high level of communication via all avenues - email, social media, snail mail and telephone etc. They truly put anyone they work with first. I’ve been working with them for over 5 plus years in different capacities and I’m so impressed with the consistency and communication. And their events are so much fun!

Very bad experience with this company.There was no compensation discussed and assumed that I would participate as a stylist for a photoshoot for free. My work was not credited. My messages and emails were ignored after a 10-hour day on set.I was only contacted with details for the shoot a few days prior. They were fixated on high-end brands and pastel colours for the clothing (spring wardrobe), none of which are available post-holiday season in stores.During the photoshoot, I was treated poorly and even asked to commute to a nearby mall to search for accessories.

Absolutely love their activations! They do their research and they do it very well! Their events are always hip, cool, chic - it is always a good time. The staff are so friendly and professional and represent what you want from a PR agency. They never miss the target in delivering quality events and engagement. Highly recommend.

All my experiences with Langton have been extremely pleasant and professional. They represent some excellent brands and their PR packages and pitches are always well presented, detailed and relevant. From a personal point of view, almost every product I have been introduced to has become a part of my daily routine and their events are always well planned and very enjoyable experiences. Donna-Lee is extremely gracious and a consummate professional. The entire team has always been gracious and kind in my dealings with them. 10/10 would recommend!
