Centres dentaires Lapointe - LaSalle

I had dental surgery today with an implant and the team of Dr Stephanie Diab did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

Only in for the money Especially the blonde denture lady Wat a B$$$h if yu on welfare or don’t speak English they will do wat they want

The online appointment booking system is really broken.

Je mets 3 étoiles car ma dentiste et son aide mon laisser seule pendant plus de 5 minutes avec des ouates dans la bouche. Jamais auparavant avec les autres dentiste,on m'a laissé seule sur la chaise pendant le plombage. Plus mon prochain rendez-vous 5 juin arrive et plus je suis nerveuse. C'est stressant. J'avais choisi le centre dentaire Lapointe pour son professionnalisme mais maintenant j'ai de doutes.

How to waste 40mins and no result...I booked a 7pm appointment as a new patient. I arrived at 6:45pm knowing that I was a new patient, I would have to fill up some paperwork. Upon arrival, the place looks very nice and professional. Sadly, looks can be deceiving, the receptionist just instructed me to wait in the lobby. After 40 mins of waiting, she hands me the general questionnaire to fill up. The dentist then called me. The dentist wasn't even aware of the reason of my visit. She went to get another questionnaire for me to ask question. I told her that it's my first time and I wanted a general consult and cleaning. She then proceeded that my appointment booking was for another reason...and it will take more than 20mins (since they are closing at 8). I mentioned to her that I was here before 7pm, but she said the only thing they can do now is XRAY and that they will find another appointment for cleaning.The secretary didn'T have anything available and didn'T even seem invested in looking for anything in the next month. SHe was blaming the remplacante" from last week for the mistake.So in conclusion.. I waited 40mins at their lobby just to be told that my appointment wasn't for cleaning ...So disappointing

Amazing experience. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this clinic to anyone. Even paying is made easy. I didn't see one detail that I would add. Very happy customer if there is one of those after seeing the dentist. Lol.

Took an appointment one year ahead of time, one month before my appointment they called me to postpone it for a month, then again, one month after they called and postponed for another month. They are not reliable at all.

The dentist and staff make you feel comfotable and relaxed. Very friendly and professional, making you feel like a person and not just another patient. I went in many areas due to my work and have seen many dentists in my life time. She is trusting, caring and explains things clearly. I have never felt more relaxed and comfortable in a dentist office. I would give her a 10 if I could. I give her and her assistant a 5 in all catagories. A very nice person.I will highly recommend this dental clinic
