Overall just excellent. Pierce was thorough during the inspection. His report quality was superb. And he spent extra time walking me through his findings post-inspection... well past 5pm on a Friday afternoon.

Pierce was available on short notice to inspect a home we wanted to make an offer on. He was extremely thorough and walked us through all of the problems and their fixes. We are moving from NS to BC and we found a home that we loved, wanted to make an offer and Pierce was sent to our rescue! We didn’t have any expectations or know what to expect as this is our first house inspection and all I can say is Wow! Pierce was super thorough, I would have never picked up on the things he found. He sat down with us and walked us through every detailed step of the inspection! He was very honest with us and listed the fixes in order of urgency, what should be fixed and what could wait. When the inspection was complete, he sat in the driveway in his car and within minutes the inspection report was in our email to review! I hired Pierce from Falcon Home Inspections to investigate condo leaking issues. I was impressed by attitude, knowledge, skills and preparation of him. Pierce is very detailed oriented inspector. He put all his efforts to find an evidence of past leaking issues and identify possible root cause of it. Pierce doesn't hesitate to investigate hard to reach areas of the attic. I highly recommend him for either inspection of your new home or investigating current issues.
