Very unprofessional!! Stay away!!Good luck getting in touch with Manjinder after the work is completed. His plumber failed to install the new sink properly which caused a leak. He will not pick up the phone or answer any messages. Disgusting workmanship!Updated to company response: nice try! There have since been reviews with Manjinder and I physically went to your location to pick out the counter top colour. Again, nice try thinking I'm confused about which business I'm reviewing.

I recently had my house renovated, and everything seemed fine until the shower faucets in both washrooms broke. We purchased expensive Rubi faucets with a warranty promised by 5 River Kitchens, but they failed to provide crucial details to process the warranty claim. Despite leaving a message, we received no response from them. After going back and forth with the manufacturing company (Rubi) itself, they were kind enough to help us out.For a renovation costing over $100k, it's unacceptable to encounter such issues with a contractor's after-sales service. The lack of transparency and poor customer service we received from 5 River Kitchens was disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It was done expertly and quickly. So professional and even designed the kitchen too. So happy had my 2nd kitchen installed by this company. Beautiful counters.

Got the opportunity to work with them , it was a good experience, my kitchen was fully renovated, and it was done very professionally and fast . Will work with them again in the future

Excellent service by the owners. My kitchen remodeling design included cabinets replacement, new island, color matching furniture selection etc.. The whole experience was very transparent and timely. Design process was a two way discussion. The owners listened to my budget and requirements and gave me a solution which fit my space requirements and my pocket.

They do not care about their customers. Don't expect any kind of warranty after work is completed. Highly advise not to use this company.

Majinder did a great job. The kitchen looks amazing. They got it done for the best price. We called over 20 people and this was the best value.They were professional and did the job in a timely manner and on the agreed upon timeline. They were polite and friendly. The work is very good quality and i recommend anybody looking for a contractor to reach our to them. You won't be disappointed.

We hired this company to renovate our kitchens in basement and main floor . The job was started on time and finished on time. The owner was very responsive and provided clear and transparent answers.
