Oasis Nails & Spa

Ive been in Victoria visiting from the mainland for about 3 weeks now and was in serious need of a fill. I honestly chose this place because it was close by but I should have asked them more detailed questions before booking my appointment.My unsatisfactory comes from the fact that I originally had long coffin shaped nails and some how ended up leaving with rectangular shaped acrylics on my nails and it feels super thick. To be honest, the only thing I like about these nails is the colour.

I have been having great pedicures at Oasis for years! Kaylie is amazing, as are all the staff. Fantastic selection of colours as well.

I went to get a set of acrylic dip powder nails for the first time at Oasis today and Jennifer was my technician. While the prices are amazing, I am super unhappy with the service. I left with a cut on my finger and huge spaces between my cuticles and the nails (they look like they need a fill already) and she did not do any pushing back or trimming of the cuticles. Did not get any discount for the cut which I have heard of other places discounting when cuts occur. Extremely unfortunate as the style i asked for was perfectly executed otherwise. My whole appointment felt very rushed, took 45 minutes, and if more time and care had been taken I think I would be alot happier.

Two weeks before my wedding I specifically drove to this spa, walked in, and made an appointment for my husband and I. I watched the lady at the front desk write my name into the book and I confirmed it with her. I even mentioned it was for my wedding. Fast forward to the day of our appointment (the day before my wedding) and all of a sudden we don't have an appointment booked? What made me most upset is that we were given no explanations as to what happened. What happened to the appointment I saw being written into the book? No effort to communicate. What was meant to be a nice relaxing time together after a stressful week was a rushed and awful experience. We felt like we weren't wanted there at all. They badly filed my husband nails and didn't even clean under his nails, he had to go home and do it himself. I ended up leaving crying after paying for a manicure that I didn't like (the stickers they put on my nails were free though don't worry)(And no I didn't have time to get them fixed there because I had a wedding rehearsal to go to, you don't usually plan to be forgotten about). Still any explanation? Nope, just a very short apology. Had to get my nails redone the morning of my wedding.

Have visited twice without an appointment and they were able to fit me in. Both times had great experiences.

The pedicure was fine, but the person who did my manicure was really rude and abrupt, grabbing my hands roughly. She just seemed really angry. Her demeanour wouldn't matter except that the manicure was also really sloppy. I had jagged nail edges on two of my nails that I had to file myself at home, the paint is incomplete on another two nails, the French tips are uneven, there was paint on my fingers, and it's already chipping. At the end of the manicure, she just got up and.... left without a word. And I didn't know if I was done or not. Anyway, not the best.

New place to get acrylics done and I loved them!! They did Exactly what I asked for and were so friendly. She takes the time to ensure every single nail is perfect. Highly recommend!!

I've been to this salon for salon for waxing, pedicures and manicures.The service is always top level. They use genuine Shellac polish and I noticed that everything is cleaned and sterilized, which unfortunately is not the case in a lot of salons. I loved the massage in pedicure and manicures. I always get Shellac applied before my holidays and it has lasted the whole vacation. I would highly recommend this salon for any service.
