I called on a Saturday afternoon not knowing they were closed looking for aspen fuel. They picked up there phone and offered for me to come down even tho they were closed. Once I got there we started chatting and they were so kind to give me a water. I ended up leaving with more then I intended to buy but I am happy to do that for such great people. Nice to see a small family business with great values and amazing service.

Purchased a back pack blower staff is great and they back the products they sell. Would definitely shop here again.

Family oriented business, owner shows he really cares about his customers. Made every effort to have my almost new snowblower fixed quickly despite how busy they were. All staff I interacted with were excellent. Highly recommended for personal service (you're not a number to them).

No Wendy i hung up on you because you were accusatory and condescending. If you look at the paperwork it says on it contact" its not my probkem your staff are incompetent and provide poor customer service. I was ignored by your staff for over 10 minutes on pick up

Very knowledgeable staff willing to solve your issues. I would definitely go back when I need parts and services. On August 25, 2022, I went to go and pick up my Craftsman chainsaw. I paid my $48 for a new recoil rope that was installed. When I got home I attempted to start it with no success. Prior to the rope breaking, the saw ran like a clock, no problems starting or running. The next day I went to take it back and Andy tells me it is old bad fuel. I only run premium fuel in my machines. Andy dumped the fuel saying only run Aspen fuel. I've never had a problem running premium fuel. Andy attempts to start the saw with no success. I asked Andy if it is possible the service tech pinched the fuel line, Andy replies, not a chance and asks me to leave it for a couple of days. September 1, I go to pick up the saw and Andy and the so called service tech explain that only the recoil was serviced and nothing was done to the fuel system. Every time I mentioned about a fuel line pinched, Andy and the tech won't even acknowledge the possibility of a pinched line. Today, September 2, I open the recoil cover and there was the issue. When the tech pulled the cover off, he must have pulled on the fuel line slightly. When the tech reassembled the recoil cover, the extra fuel line kinked, just like I suggested. When you repair one problem but CAUSE another, the Customer should not be held accountable. SHODDY workmanship at its FINEST. I called the tech and told him what the problem was, and Matthew, the tech, refused to accept any responsibility. I asked for a refund and was looked upon as a fool. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not TRUST your Equipment to this company, they don't listen and can't be trusted

Great service and they know how to take of your needs. Be purchasing there for over 30 years

Been back 4 times, twice I was sold the wrong part even after giving the exact part number. Argued about what part I need, even though I know it's not the right part. Ordered the correct part a month ago and still never got a call. Also impossible to get a hold over the phone, not even an option to leave a message

Tried calling them it took 51 trys before they answered the phone. Gave then a part number, and they wanted themake and model of lawnmower. Can't find parts with a part number. Said will call back been 3 hours and still waiting. Poor customer service. Buy the way called 51 times before answering the phone poor service.Update still callback been 5 and half hoursMachine would not let me leave a message just tells you to call back or visit the storeIf you give priority to in-store customers, then why when I came to store was being helped and the clerk answered the phone and ignored me. And he walked away. And there was only one customer in the store beside me
