I had a really great experience at this location. Aliya was super helpful, kind and very friendly upon entry. She helped me decide on a new deodorant. She delivered knowledge and expertise on the product. Definitely recommend this store if you're looking for quality items with great customer service.

Love the staff. So nice. I was upset to see one advisor alone. Not just because I had to wait. But it must be stressful for her. She is so nice and love the products. 4 stars because of price. I did get 20% off.

Always had a nice interaction with the workers here. I also love that they stand behind the product with life time warranty.Today I was extra pleased with this store.I had a pleasure in dealing with Olivia. I had come in to inquire about my item. I thought it was a long shot but she was able to help me out without any hassle.It worked out perfectly and I am now able to use my diffuser! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

I rarely write reviews like this, but after working so many years in retail, I have to call out exceptional customer service when I see it. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and were able to help me pick out a special gift. I had a wonderful interaction with Tina- I believe she was the manager. She really knew her stuff and was super patient with me since I don’t know much about the products yet. I know how difficult it can be for anyone in retail, especially during the holidays (during a pandemic) so I really appreciated her outgoing and welcoming nature:) I would 100 go back - AMAZING experience at Saje Square One.

Beware: there is a red-headed white female sales associate who spoke and behaved with me and my mother very rudely. My mother is a long-time customers of Saje and truly believes in their products, however when my mother was asking questions, the sales associate replied in a condescending and passive aggressive tone, basically treating my mother as if she were stupid. If you want to educate customers about your products it is more effective to do so in a kind and encouraging way. Seems like the sales associate was in a bad mood and was letting it out on customers or because it was an hour before close, but it's not fair to treat others poorly. There was another male sales associate who was very kind and helpful.

Such a superb experience here, I will always recommend for people to come to this location. I was helped by Yaya she is fantastic told me much information to help me find what was best for me as I am sensitive to some things. She was very honest and patient I spend so much time in the store she was still helping the other people in the store. I have never experienced customer service that was this good, not pushy with sales, so kind and so helpful and let me try so many things. Best Saje. I have gone to other Saje before but not like this!

Wonderful experience at this location tonight, during their VIP sales event. (Only docked star for unmasked staff, whilst covid, RSV and flu is high in community now.) All the staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. It was a packed house, and they quickly were able to assist. They have beautiful gift items for the holidays including an advent calendar. I was able to get what I needed and check-out was smooth. Would visit again!

If you want to return or exchange a gift using your gift receipt be aware that if that item goes on sale that is what the value of your gift receipt will scan as… so the company then gets the difference… what a shame.
