i was taken here by my grandmother to pick out something for graduation, I had no idea until we got there.Pam was a lovely associate and made the entire experience so easy going. I was a little overwhelmed at first because I’d never owned anything ‘luxury’, but I didn’t feel pressure to ‘shop’ at the same time. Pam was so informed on Prada which made the experience way more meaningful, putting history to a bag really adds to the value is what I learned. She was also so nice to my grandma whose native language wasn’t English, and even though I didn’t walk out with anything my grandma didn’t hesitate to come out with a bag.Ask for Pam if you’re shopping! For someone who doesn’t shop often or gets helped at boutiques, Pam was so down to earth and helpful.

Pam is lovely. Good customer service from both associates, and the boutique is well-stocked. I was just in Greece, and the Prada store in Athens had slim pickings. I haven't purchased anything from the fashion house for over 7 years as I don't like the overall artistic direction; however, the small wallet with key ring I purchased is very reminiscent of the old" Prada and I'm glad this boutique had it in stock.Note: My small wallet had a zipper issue which was mitigated by the use of wax paper. There shouldn't be any problems in the first place
