I was referred to Ajoi Landscaping through a friend of mine and I have to say that it was one of the best referrals I’ve received. Mark and his team were extremely professional and very easy to work with. Mark created an outdoor oasis exactly as per my vision. The project was completed on time. I would definitely recommend Ajoi Landscaping for anyone looking for exceptional landscaping services.

We had an open backyard surrounded by mature trees and full of toys. We were ready to upgrade to an area more suited to relax, unwind, and get together with friends and family.We researched a number of designers and were very happy to meet Mark Franklin at Ajoi Landscape Design. He took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted and how we would use the property. We were presented the initial design and he was happy to make modifications and make sure we understood the implications of our decisions. We were particularly happy he was able to spare and incorporate our existing large trees.We had no hesitation in engaging him as our project manager. We did not have either the time or expertise to research the number of contractors capable of handling the project. Mark coordinated the site visits for a number of his trusted contractors and once completed, he presented us with a number of quotes for each aspect of the project. We sat down with him and reviewed each one in detail and he helped us understand what the work entailed, where the concerns were, and what to expect from each contractor. In the end we selected the contractors and Mark coordinated the timelines and project.Construction began during one of the rainiest springs in memory. Despite this, work progressed quite well. We are so glad we did not need to worry about coordinating contractor visits and timing elements of the project such as gas and electrical work – this is something I doubt we could have done effectively. The landscapers, pool builders, carpenters, and trades were efficient, respectful, and friendly. It is a good sign when your neighbours comment favourably on the minimal noise and disruption created by the work going on right beside them. In addition and most important, the work and craftsmanship is superb. We and our guests are continually impressed with how good everything looks and the attention to detail in all aspects of the construction. We now have a beautiful four season outdoor space.From start to finish, Mark Franklin at Ajoi Landscape Design was on the site frequently and kept us up to date on progress and what decisions we needed to make. He was our always available liaison with the contractors, able to put into place any changes we wanted or answer any questions we had. We would happily work with him again.
