Had a disappointing experience at this establishment.Firstly, should you wish to pick up your dress at least 2 weeks in advance, I strongly suggest giving an event date that is a month from the actual event date. Otherwise, don't plan on picking up your dress until the week of your event. I opted to pick up dress without having alterations there because their timelines are totally unrealistic for people that are working full-time while trying to get everything else done before the event.Terrible customer service. Phones rarely answered. What I will say I was serviced over the phone by a young lady who is new to the shop who was the only helpful associate. When speaking with others, was quickly rushed off the phone.Zipper on dress split the day we picked it up (and no the dress was not too tight, it was actually a size bigger). Very cheap zipper on an expensive dress.Had a very similar experience to several others that have left negative reviews. Do your diligence on reading all reviews. Yes, dresses are beautiful, but the awful customer service has completely deterred me for ever recommending this place to anyone.

Nuno was absolutely wonderful in helping me choose a dress today. He was professional and helped me achieve the look I wanted. So happy!

Not only does this place have an amazing variety of gorgeous dresses, the customer service is absolutely undeniable. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and most of all friendly! After shopping endlessly for months at different stores, we were finally able to find dresses for my mother and mother-in-law, and it's all thanks to the sales reps at Antoniette Catenacci. Both ladies were so happy with the style and comfort of the dresses they bought. The staff really helped them feel good about themselves and their dress choice.It was a great experience and I highly recommend this boutique!!

I want to thank Antoniette Catenacci Haute Couture for such a wonderful experience in shopping for the Mother of the Groom gown for my sons wedding taking place in November 2022. As soon as my mom and I walked into the store, we were greeted with a warm welcome. We took our time to review the dresses available and then went into a beautiful elegant dressing room to try them on, one by one.I am so happy to say I found the perfect dress for the occasion. Antoniette is a wonderful hostess providing professional and excellent advice on the designer and the gown. All her staff were so professional and very responsive to our needs. I am looking forward to going back when the dress is ready for pick up. Thank you so much for a lovely experience.

I'm disappointed and sad about how this place treated my mother. The owner" commented on her weight and how it would be very hard to find a dress for her with such little time before my brothers wedding. My mother feeling anxious and worried purchased a dress

The journey to finding the right dress for my son's upcoming wedding has be fraught with disrespect and disappointment UNTIL Now!! From the moment I entered till I said yes to the dress I was treated like a queen at Antionette Catenacci's. Nuno especially made the visit comfortable and downright enjoyable. He listened, understood and guided me to my dream dress that I can now wear with confidence. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I rarely post.. but I had a fabulous experience looking for a dress for my daughter's wedding. Maddalena was great,patient,and helped my find the perfect dress to celebrate in July. Cannot say enough about this wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!

I normally give great reviews and I’m able to overlook a lot because I believe small businesses need to be encouraged and not discouraged. My son is getting married and like everyone I have been out shopping for my special dress. I decided to pay 4040 Steele Ave W. a visit since a majority of bridal/dress stores are in this particular plaza. Since it was during the week, I arrived without an actual appointment, I didn’t think it was a big deal since I was only looking. When I entered Antonietta Catenacci Boutique, I was asked to remove my boots which is understandable since March is pretty snowy and wet but what happened next I was not expecting I was escorted to the bathroom and I was asked to wash my hands!!! REALLY!!! I thought ok, an older woman proceeded to show me around and honestly what I saw, was not worth washing my hands for. How, insulting…..Don’t waste your time with this so called boutique.

I fell in love with the dress I chose when I saw it posted on your instagram. When I tried it on at your boutique I knew it was the one. There were so many beautiful options to choose from and I was surprised that some of the other dresses I tried on recommended by my Consultant Anna were stunning. I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience & exceptional service I had at your boutique. The consultants were wonderful to deal with and the personal touch from Antoniette herself was very special. I highly recommend this boutique.
