Shannon was absolutely amazing in both her welcoming demeanour to a first time client and her ability and professionalism within her field. I hadn't been for any dental work in near 20 years and she was very good in making me feel comfortable and sending me off with excellent advice and referrals towards a couple of minor issues spotted in the cleaning. Will be recommending to literally everyone.

I recently had my first visit with Shannon at Confident Smiles, and I cant say enough great things about my experience. She was welcoming and professional, and made me feel so comfortable (despite me not being a fan of getting dental work done). My teeth felt amazing after my cleaning, and I went back for her teeth whitening service. I have never had my teeth whitened professionally and the results were amazing! She was even able to even out some discolouration I had from when I had braces, and I’ve never seen my teeth look so white. All in all, a great experience. I will absolutely be seeing Shannon for all of my cleanings moving forward, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new dental hygienist. Thanks again, Shannon!

I was looking around for a clinic that could get my teeth whitened before my big trip to Vegas and found Confident Smiles. The moment I stepped in, Shannon was super welcoming and made the entire process/experience very easy! She was very professional with a great personality and sense of humor. 10/10 service and will DEFINITELY come back in the future!

Shannon is an amazing hygienist. She is friendly, knowledgeable and cleans my teeth well. I moved to Toronto but still visit Ottawa to get my teeth cleaned by her. Her teeth whitening is also mega convenient and so much less tedious than white strips.

Shannon is a rare and special find, an experienced professional, engaging, rich in personality, kindness and knowledge. Undoubtedly my best experience with dental hygiene care. Personal & Professional (and no pain!)Shannon is great! I've been a client for several years and she takes great care of me! I work for myself and I'm busy sometimes and she always accommodates my schedule. Today she used an ultrasonic cleaning brush on me because I really hate the scratchy dental picks. It was soooo much better! It's great to have a Dental professional that really listens to my concerns and finds ways to keep me comfortable. And I like that there is no pressure to buy other services in a big office. I highly recommend Shannon at Confident Smiles.

Shannon is the best! very friendly, kind ,professional and knowledgeable. She made my teeth cleaning experience very pleasant and pain free. Love the result! She even gave me a goody bag after my session :) how thoughtful of her! Can`t wait to go back. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an awesome dental hygienist.
