I almost got in trouble when buying my first home . She was acting as both seller and buyer agent and she didn’t suggest me to get a home inspection because she knew the house was in bad shape . Luckily I asked friends what IShould know before buying it so I got a home inspection showing me all the problems and I was able to get out of the deal .
