Very cute storefront with some seating available to enjoy your drink and a claw game machine! There was no line when I went so the service was very quick. I chose the milk tea which was on the sweet side but otherwise enjoyable. I look forward to trying out some of their fruit drinks next time!

I'm obsessed with the Double Roasted Milk Tea! The tea flavor is strong and so flavorful! Highly recommend this drink whether you get it hot or cold. Definitely will be back to try more of their menu!

I got the lychee Dragon fruit Miracle. The drink was alright but they need to staff more people, or at least train them in prioritization.I waited 20 minutes for my take out order of only 1 drink, which could have been made in 2 minutes, while a group of 6 guys who were sitting and hanging out at a table's drinks got made first.People who came in after me and ordered more drinks also got their drinks before I did. There was only 1 guy working, so I understand that it takes a long time to make everything, but 20 minutes waiting is just way too long.

If there’s a 0 star option I would pick it. First, I waited 20-25 mins for a drink, they should have more people working not just 2. Second thing, I ordered regular sugar for my drink and I know how it’s supposed to taste like since I have ordered this drink many times but this time tastes like water. Last thing, the jelly on my drink taste a little weird compared to before. Overall, I’m really disappointed as I have always been a customer and a fan of tru tea, I don’t think I will come back in the future.

Tru tea never disappoints! Their signature drinks are always nice to order up and their menu is just so unique. Sometime unique isn’t always the best, but they’ve perfected unique! this time I ordered the deluxe purple yam and it was super tasty! That strong purple potato paste that’s so smooth and not grainy at all! Like a cloud just going up that straw and then that silky smooth yam texture just engulfs your mouth!Service was good as always and the girl was really nice and friendly! I don't say this lightly, but this is the best bubble tea place in Richmond Hill. Why, you ask? In terms of variety, atmosphere, service and value it is unparalleled. It has been around for three years and so I'm shocked I'm only finding out about it now. It is just beside Vava. I ordered their coffee tea with jelly and tapioca ($4.99 for now), four macarons ($15 or $3.99 each) and was blown away. The coffee was delicious and perfect to my taste as I could control the sugar and ice. I loved their macarons. They are not your traditional macarons, but are large and absolutely delicious. There's a little surprise in their filling, which made me feel like they kept getting better as I ate them. They are individually wrapped and gorgeous to look at. This place also offers mousse cakes for $7 something and has tonnes of seating. I feel like this is the perfect spot to hang out with friends or for a date. The staff were friendly, helpful and made the experience great. I would highly recommend this place for bubble tea, macarons, mousse cakes and a girlfriend or date hang out.

Happy that the osmanthus coconut drink is back!! Asked for the least sugar possible as it’s still sweet.Interested to try their macaron flavours sometime - and their coconut mango w/ soy pudding drink next!
