Choices for Sexual Health | Choices for Sexual Health provides inclusive, factual, age appropriate sexual health education to schools, children, adults and seniors, promoting health and wellness, which includes but is not limited to, body wellness and self esteem, communication, relationship building and intimacy, healthy boundary setting, authenticity, period positivity, menstrual cycle awareness, menarche, gender awareness, and pleasure enhancement. Choices provides life, relationship and sex and intimacy empowerment coaching for individuals and couples.
