AMAZING branch, even better people! The customer service here is through the roof! Thank you so much VALENTINO for being such a ray of sunshine. I went in to activate my credit card and I was greeted and helped with right away. Valentino was able to complete all necessary steps and when I had a question, he brought in a colleague to help and went above and beyond by calling Mastercard's customer service for me instead of just redirecting me. I had such a delightful visit! Thank you.

FANTASTIC customer service!! Questions answered. Staff was knowledgeable. Watching how the manager (Tracy) was training, and walking a new teller through a process while serving me was very impressive. You can tell she was detail oriented, patient and was also very understanding of my banking needs at the time. A true professional.

Valentino needs a raise. Awesome energy, fantastic service. The definition of what one expects when going to a bank!Seriously BMO. Treat this employee right, they got that something special!

Love this branch. Great staff that have helped with my everyday banking needs along with investments etc. I like the smaller branches like this one where your banking experience feels more personable.

Its the worst place and Bank I've ever done business with they keep there doors locked they treat you like your very suspicious.A man at the Bank Machine said there all paranoid they always have there doors locked not very welcoming at all .And we had appointment !my wife felt the bad atmosphere also just a very upsetting experience nothing good about that branch at all unless your family I guess . They questioned are presence there BMO is for all BMO we can go to any BMO branch if we want.My Wife is a BMO Member.They said we never see you at this Branch check your camera’s ,we are frequent at the Bank Machine.That place should shut down .The doors are always locked and they said the bank was closed paranoia and it was opened .I would not recommend that Branch to anybody thinking about opening an account there.Very Rude.

Assistant Branch manager is rude- Reeda. She claimed to be the manager when her CSR Nabeel clearly told me that the Branch Manager went on Vacation before handing me the phone to her. She is like no I am the manager when I called confronted her for a misinformation passed to my mom. She blatantly lied about being the manager when she is an assistant manager. She is unapologetic and extremely unprofessional, she told my mother few weeks ago, you cannot take out cash, you have daily limit. Understandable. Recently, when my mother went for bankdraft, she is telling my mother, I cannot draft you until I see the invoice. I have always been a BMO client and never did I experience such incompetence. The teller/CSR couldn’t do a bank draft without the help of manager and when the assistant manager, aka self proclaimed manager came, she is like “ no we cannot, we need invoice”. My mom understands English. She went to another branch and they were able to help her right away. I don’t understand why do BMO hires incompetent employees. This branch had incompetent employee from teller to its assistant manager. She is now saying, I have proof of what I said. How can I trust her, when she literally lied about being a manger when she is not, and even added that there is no manager for this branch. When clearly the CSR Nabeel said manager is on vacay. This is a joke! She is afraid that I will make a complaint and now she is showing authority by saying I am the manager. When I said no you are not, she is like yes I am the “acting” manager, we don’t have a manager.

I always go to this bank they are very helpful and understanding. i always to go here to do my banking ill always tell my friends and family to do banking at this branch

I was here today and the lady was so rude. She was kinda big, hair up and blondes. I don’t think she likes her job, I brought in some rolls of toonies and loonies, and she opened them all up and went thru every single one of them and wasted over 30mins. Money that I got from the bank itself. Horrible. I’m closing my accounts. Thank lady. One less customer u have to deal with. BMO will loose all their customers due to this lady.
