I have suffered a lot since last 6 months. BEWARE !!Update: Feb 28, 20183 weeks into the professional treatment by Wascana, situation has not got any better. Wascana has been notified but still no resolution.

Ordered condo info from them and turnaround was excellent. Lady waited for me even though their office was closed. Friendly. Thx

As an owner in a building WPM manages you are unable to bring your own concerns to the table. Your concerns are generally met with your corespondent is on holidays or out of office. Owners look for a hassle free property manager that will have open lines of communication and are willing to look for a solutions. Do your self a favour and look else where for someone to manage your hard earned properties!

A MANAGER PUT THEIR STUFFS IN MY PROPERTY WITHOUT PREMISSION. HE YIELD AT ME AND SCARED MY KIDS WHEN HE SAW ME FOUND OUT THE FACT AND STARTED TO THROW AWAY THEIR STUFFS.We own a property in main floor of a good building, who hired Wascana property. My property is vacant for 2 years. Today when i walked into my property after work, there were a lot of stuffs. I didn't know who put it there, but i am pretty sure I am the legal owner and no body should put things here without my permission.So I started to throw away things and tried to do a cleaning. I was thinking may be I should contact the manegement team and see what happened.After hard working for a while, a man walked into my property like crazy mad, and he started to yell at me with all the fxxk, axx hxxe, ...words in front of me and my kids.He asked people on the street about how long i was there, and he said he was going to call the police because I broke into OTHER'S property!I never meet him before and I asked who he is. He yelled back to me asked who I AM. I said I am the legal owner of the property, and he didn't belief me until my agent called in and asked who he is and who give him the permission to put stuffs in my private owned property.He said HE IS THE MANEGER, HE HAS THE KEY, HE HAD BEEN ALWAYS PUT STUFFS HERE, THE STUFFS BELONGS TO WASCANA PROPERTY MANEGMENT, AND HE SAID I SHOULD NOT REMOVE ANY OF THEIR STUFFS.He also said he is going to change the lock because i have the key.So does it means it is OK TO BREAK INTO ANY CLIENT'S PRIVATE PROPERTY AND PUT YOUR STUFFS ALL OVER THE PLACE WITHOUT PREMISSION, because YOU are Wascana property manegement team.Finally, I said ok fine, if you want your stuffs, take them away now. He said he will take them away WHENEVER HE HAS TIME. And he said I SHOULD put everything back. ??? For you to break into my property again and take your stuffs?Finally, I locked the door and left. This whole experience is horrible, my kids were scared, and I am waiting for the manegement team to give me a reasonable explanation.

Have complained several times regarding the dog feces, pee and cigarette butts on the front lawn of my condo, left by the new tenant. Have been told there is nothing they can do unless I have a picture of it happening. I paid a lot of money to live here, and have no more rights then the renter who is causing the issue. What absolute garbage service.
