Do not use the Xpresspost courier service for anything out of Canada. Delayed delivery is NOT guaranteed and the no reimbursement. Use Fedex, UPS, etc.

The staff here need more training to help small businesses. I'm sure they're great for domestic mail but my experience with them as a small business owner left me in tears. What I was being told in person was the exact opposite of what was explained via the customer support helpline.
