Bristol Court

I’m living in Bristol Court for 2 months and I’m really appreciate the attention and help from our community manager Cristina Marinescu and assistant community manager Jessica Wynter. As new tenants my family and I faced some regular tasks connecting with moving to a new place, but as new comers these tasks were really very challenging for us.Thanks to Cristina Marinescu the renovation of our apartment had finished earlier and we had an opportunity to move in less than 1 week.Thanks to Jessica Wynter we could coordinate the changes in our furniture delivery and rebook the elevator.Also I appreciate the possibility to communicate with them whenever it is needed by phone or personally to discuss questions concerning the apartment.Thank you very much!

I have lived at Bristol Court for over 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Shanti, Faisal and the team have always been and are still friendly and professional and always take the time to see how you are doing. Could not ask for a better management team and well taken of building.

We have been fortunate to call Bristol Court home for close to 9 years now. Ever since we moved in, Shanti and Fazil have been amazing! They are always very friendly, warm and caring. When ever we need anything done in our unit, they are always quick to respond. The building is always kept very clean and the grounds are beautiful. They go above and beyond and periodically through the year will host events for the tenants.Thank you very much for everything you do, and making this our home, greatly appreciated!! :)

Living here at Bristol Court has been amazing and Jessica wynter and Cristina marinescu have been great at taking care of my needs and helping me with all paperwork and haki has been a great maintenance manager and has-been there when needed! I recommend living here 100% thank you QuadReal!!

We have enjoyed our home in Bristol Court for the last 15 years. Shanti and Fazil have been an outstanding team during the last 14 years. They have created a true spirit of community. Their professional manner, friendliness and genuine caring for tenants is quite evident. This is a clean well looked after building due to their management of staff. Repairs are quickly taken care of to the highest standard. Great value and close to shopping, highway access and country side. It's always great to come home.

Do NOT move into this building! This building is terribly managed and Quadreal does not care one bit about the well-being or comfort of residents.There are constantly renovations happening which results in very loud hammering and drilling noises throughout the day. If you're looking for somewhere to live where you might have some peace and quiet - go somewhere else because you will NOT be happy here!The constant noise disturbances make it extremely difficult to work from home or basically do anything during the day. I do not recommend this building for professionals, families with children, elderly, or anyone really.They prioritize upgrading units so they can charge more and make more money. The negative impact to residents is always met with an insincere, sorry for the inconvenience" and management even had the audacity to suggest "buying a white noise machine" or "go somewhere else" when I brought up the issue that I wasn't even able to make phone calls in my own home due to the noise or get some rest when I was ill. This is how much they care about residents.Maintenance requests are always a hassle and sometimes even ignored. My AC unit broke during the summer and I had to wait over a month for the issue to even be addressed after calling the office and maintenance line multiple times. They lied a few times and said someone will come to check it out...days and weeks would go by and nothing.They gave no reason for ignoring my request and I found out that the maintenance person was on vacation during that time and QuadReal couldn't be bothered to help me or line up another maintenance person to fill in until he came back. Apparently their policy is if you need something and it's not convenient for them

I would like to take this opportunity to share my appreciation of the management group and support staff here at 6550 Glen Erin.I have always found everyone I’ve come in contact with to be nothing short of professional, courteous and genuinely concerned with my well being as a tenant here.Management and staff conduct themselves in the friendly, caring way that has always been present from the first day I took occupancy (7 years ago).I consider myself very fortunate to have found such a beautiful place with such wonderful people to call my home.

I moved-in in June after waiting 2 months for a complete reno of the appartment --- my appartment is absolutely breath taking. It has been insanely wonderful living here. The property manager, Shanti Shah, is very attentive, comminicates openly and honestly and is very attentive to requests. I'm sure that there may be issues in the future but knowing that Shanti is around to take care if it, I am positive that it will be a good experience.
