I only ever buy my shampoo here, but they have a good selection of products. I have the staff can be a little pushy and annoying.

Disappointed with Trade Secret’s in-store return policy. I went in today to return 2 unused new in-box shampoos with the original receipt from a week and a half ago, and she could only give me store credit. I told her it says on the website you can get a refund and she responded with that being only online orders for full refunds. If this is actually their policy that’s awful. They advertise for easy returns however definitely not the case. I should have been able to get my money back ($45) and I will shop somewhere else with a good return policy in the future!

I had shellac nails done by Mary and she did an amazing job! Felt very relaxed at the end of the session and the colour is staying on well! I also had a wash, cut and style with Gia and she also did an amazing job, she took her time with me and discussed different options. She took what I wanted but made it better for me and my hair. Well done ladies!

I get my eyebrows threaded here. Unfortunately I was charged for tint the second time I went which was unexpected because I wasnt charged the extra $15.00 the first time. Other than that the esthetician was friendly and did a good job.

The only place I trust to do my eyebrows after many bad and embarrassing experiences at other establishments. They do exactly what I ask for and make suggestions about what would be best. They do not push extra services or products and answer all questions about product with ease. Amazing!

Always get my brow and upper lip done here, the ladies are amazing, and the guy is very helpful. I’ve been looking for a perfect yellow colour for my nails and couldn’t find one anywhere, he brought out all these colours and sampled them all for me. He even brought the clearance and I felt no pressure to buy. Honestly always a great experience.

I went here for my prom make up, and came out looking like a complete clown. I showed the girl a picture of what colours I liked, and the look I was going after and she told me that they didn’t have those colours, nor the sparkles. Mind, I do my own makeup and am pretty good at accomplishing pretty eye makeup (wings, shadows etc.) the only reason why I wanted to get it “professionally” done was to get the pretty colours and sparkle that I didn’t have. The end product was embarrassing, my face with no exaggeration was orange, the wings were uneven, it looked like i had been punched out in both eyes and my face had SO much product on it, it was heavy and extremely chalky. I looked like something out of a cartoon.. it was 2 hours before my prom, I was honestly so embarrassed. Paid $60+ to remove the makeup and redo it myself. Please, go to a real professional for you prom makeup if you want nice memories.

If you value your brows do not go here. I am still in shock of my wax today. Not only was the girl aggressive, she took length off my brows. Before i had a great arch and great length now i have about an inch and a half left and thats being generous. I really regret paying AND tipping..

Went and got a brazillian wax, she missed hairs that are obviously the pubic area region and told her it was my first time which obviously means I have sensitive skin since it is the first time and resulted in bruising! Do not recommend doing it for 45 bucks. Pay more for a better experience.
