Level A Inc

Yuck. I have nothing against the company it self. They have great intentions and I'm sure they have helped many people. The hiring manager & other management on the other hand are much less than pleasant. I have family that worked here and said the bosses were horrible and treated their employees less than human. Upon being reached out to by the hiring manager who had asked me to come in for an interview more than once, gave me a hard time while booking an interview time. Saying times and dates wasn't available (i had a job and wasn't seeking a new one) until i made it clear this interview was not important enough to argue with a full grown man about dates… all of a sudden he had a clear calendar. Since I am nit interested in working with people like this, I simply did not make an interview date. These people are wildly demanding, from what I know from a family member and will actually send you to buy their lunch everyday downtown and then wonder why you didn't get this massive amount of work done. By the looks of how long they have been hiring for the same positions, I can bet they haven't figured out that they are the problem. So here you go.

Did not enjoy the process here. Some staff were friendly. It felt like a complete waste of time no one followed up or told me what the process was once I left. Never again would I come back.

Super great experience dealing with everyone at the Level A team. I personally dealt with Mark Carter who was very helpful throughout the whole process of applying for a dream job of mine that I eventually got. Mark has a knack for finding the right fit for both parties involved. I would recommend this agency to anyone near or around the Peterborough area looking for work.

Went in for a quick interview on my expectations and what I was looking for and took a 3 hour long test to see my qualifications for Microsoft word, excel etc along with skills and communication in the workplace and never received a follow up call or anything. Its been 3 weeks with no contact from them. Don't waste your time!

They posted fake job information. What they post on web are good jobs, but the problem is they dont offer it to you, instead, since they are a human resource company, they will require u to finish a long long useless test. After u finish it (1-2hours), they will tell u that now they collect ur information, and if their clients have similar jobs they will inform u. Overall they are just liars.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Level A. Making the travel to Peterborough, Completing the tests and assessments were we worth the effort. Dealing with Denise was professional and she was instrumental in securing an amazing opportunity for me.

If I could give a negative rating, I would in a heartbeat. I spent money on gas to drive all the way to Peterborough to write an assessment test, for which I apparently scored well on. However, I was under the impression I was being interviewed for a specific job and when I inquired the two women basically danced around the question. Seriously, does this job even exist? I finished my test and was asked to wait in a room, only to be ignored for 45 minutes or more. At the end I was asked to call in for my test results, so I did, only to be laughed at, I suppose when individuals like myself are desperately searching for employment some people find it hilarious. Unprofessional and rude. -5 rating

Got my hope up but after a year never got offered or even heard back. Had to do two different assessments one involved me driving from Osjaea to Peterborough and I thought I got the job and never heard back. Second or third time had to do an assessment in Oshawa and again no call which is truly ashame.

Waste of time. The job posting they list on-line is not actually a job they have to give. They take 3+ hours of your time to never match you with a job. They continuously take on too many applicants to ever successfully match anyone with a job.
