I came to this store this past week and ordered some lumber. The gentlemen inside the store was very polite and efficient. The old gentlemen in the yard was unbelievably rude. Very condescending and treated me like garbage. I felt very bad the rest of the day. He didnt even flag my lumber outside my truck, he said theres the hammer and a tack do it yourself. I spend close to $90k in the construction lumber industry a year, I like to support local but im afraid i can not do that anymore. I will take my business to where i receive friendly and productive service.thanks
