Get Roasted Café and Snack Bar

Few bites in and I decided to give this store 5 star.First time here I was scrolling in uber eats and there's really not many options to eat in barrie at least Chinese food or sushi. I've ate almost every place. I had the pork friend dumplings and they are bomb must have. The sushi is pretty good it taste clean. Clean is a big compliment. However this place isn't a sushi place it's considered a snack place but I can say it's not bad for a place for light dinner I will return. The brown sugar drink was meh I wouldn't buy again but the tapioca was soft and sweet which is nice.The lady who packed my order was Cantonese and really friendly. Owner or manager or just employee I'm not sure but gave a welcoming smile.Give this place a try if you haven't.

The food is ok, but the portion size you get for $12 (before tax and tips) and the serving style are quite disappointing. On the photo: 4 pieces of salmon sushi with a small bag of soy sauce that makes dipping impossible.Furthermore, the lack of an inside restroom or a place to wash hands is inconvenient, requiring you to search elsewhere.Overall, the experience was slightly underwhelming, especially considering the relatively high prices.

Amazing place! Best boba in town, I go there by myself and with my younger brothers regularly. Food is always great, never misses. 100% would recommend

Food is above average, prices are expensive for what you get, staff is super friendly. I would eat here more often if the prices were 15-20% less. This would make them comparable to similar restaurants who sell the same sort of food.

So sorry that I'm late to posting this! I work at a daycare not too far from this little café and I LOVE going on my breaks to dine in there! Such amazing energy from the family, the environment is so lovely/refreshing, and the food is not only incredible - but there are so many options to choose from! From sushi, to lunches, to breakfasts! On top of that, there is a wide selection of enjoyable drinks - I personally enjoy the choccy slushi with little boba balls in it :). I highly recommend stopping in here for a quick bite whenever you get the chance!

The best place to go for great boba! Amazing variety of flavours for boba, jelly & tapioca! Good take out (from their vast menu) as well to satisfy your cravings! As a courtesy, please give them time to fulfill larger orders. Family owned and managed with a friendly smile. My go-to for boba in Barrie.

This shop is my new favorite. It's a little hard to navigate the menu but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Serving sizes and prices are to be expected as the location near Toronto. Staff were super nice and patient.They also had eel and matcha lattas. Recommend for anyone who likes family style restaurants experiences.

Horrible. Do not go. Staff is very condescending and when I posted this review they did not try to make my experience better, instead they argued that I am wrong and it was my fault. They denied everything I said. It was extremely unprofessional as I said before. For 1. A child was managing the front counter for a long time while the adults were away in the back. They were standing around on phones when I arrived. They did not seem welcoming helpful or kind. I stand by my review and I’m baffled they told me to remove it because I did not enjoy my experience. I live around the corner and I would love to have a cafe within walking distance but it was such a bad experience I wouldn’t want other people to be disappointed as I was. Family members who live with me and have visited also say the same thing about it being sketchy. Atmosphere is so uninviting and awkward. It looks messy and furniture is all over the place. (Stacked on top of one another etc.) I went during the day so they weren’t closing or just opening. The wait was far too long considering I was the only person in store. I got matcha bubble tea and I’m not sure if they forgot to add matcha but it wasn’t green and did not taste good whatsoever. I did not bring it to their attention because I have never been there so how would I know it’s wrong until I left and tried it. Will NEVER return especially after their defensive response to my review. I will not delete this review as it is true and authentic. Businesses who ask customers to delete bad reviews obviously have no interest in improving their business for the satisfaction of customers.

Love the bubble tea here. Our faves are the brown sugar and taro flavours, also the banana with mixed jellies. The sushi here is fresh and delicious and we like most of the items from their Asian menu. Great spot to grab a meal. Call ahead as there is a wait, and I believe they are still takeout only.
