The quality is terrible!!! Floor started to peel off in a month after installing. We were told that is is a wrong humidity in a house but there is a Nest that can prove a proper humidity level during the whole period. Pictures below show our flooring after 3 years. Definitely should be replaced. Never recommend or buy again floor from this place.

I bought hardwood floors twice from this place. Done my ground floor in 2018 and second floor this year. Good selection and pricing but the best thing is customer service. Sales team here is very knowledgeable and helpful.Attention to details and personalized approach made a very positive experience. If I need floors in the future will come here again. Simply Amazing Experience! We had a full first floor remodeling done that required removal of old hardwood and kitchen tile. Being new to Toronto we didn't know who to turn to and did some research. After many weeks of going from store to store we finally decided to go with LV Flooring and not once regretted our decision. Right from the start Kristina showed a great enthusiasm, product, design and installation knowledge and helped throughout every step of the way. They went out of their way to make sure to meet project timelines (busiest time before X-mas) Sergey the Installer worked long hours straight throughout the weekend and did a tremendous job with install and leaving the site tidy for next contractor. Overall there are many more great things to say about LV Flooring. We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to all of our friends and family
