I’m literally so upset over the experience I just had there. As soon as I walked in I was ignored by the staff. Four people were working, and two of them were literally gossiping about high school sports drama while looking me dead in the eye and not taking my order. I stood at the cash for almost five minutes before anyone even talked to me. Now I understand when it’s super busy, but I was legit the only person in line, and the two girls on bar were standing fully doing nothing. And not only this, but they took a full 15 minutes to get my order out to me, which was messed up, and they didn’t tell me they were out of the sandwich I ordered until all the rest of my stuff was done?? The girl taking my order was the only nice one there, everyone else was fully so rude.

My friends and I have been going here all school year. They are usually amazing and consistant, but the past few weeks they have been the complete opposite. Yesterday my friend and I ordered the strawberry matcha drink and they didn’t put any strawberry syrup in it. Today we got the same drink and the matcha was overpowering, my drink didn’t have dried strawberries but my friends did, and the syrup did nothing to the drink and I couldn’t really taste it. I’m very disappointed.

The staff here were great. Big bull order and they didn't balk. Great attention to detail. Thank you!Nothing new to report, except that on Wednesday nights (when we always order a big box of coffee) they say it's unavailable for online orders, even though it's always available every other time and day. Switched locations for that.

I went here to get coffee on a trip to Ottawa. The cafe was clean and I was greeted well. While I was in line I overheard friendly chatter, from the customers in front of me, and the cashier. Another barista made eye contact with me and seemingly sped up the interaction at the cash while the original cashier got busy on their customer’s order. Everyone was super polite and friendly. Wanted to shout out the guy in the backwards blue hat. Awesome!!!

Great staff! A good solid stable when travelling to and from Kingston. Easy access off the 401 if you need a place to stop as you pass through.

No smile whatsoever at the register. Not friendly at all. I just got a have a good day by the barista on my way out, so definitely five stars for her.

Olivia was the best person to ever serve us in the whole world. she gave me and new drink recommendation and then when we brought all of our friends to get it. she was THE BEST PERSON EVER. and Christian was an amazing person TO TALK TO. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ best STARBUCKS EVER

Some of these employees are hilarious, it's a positive experience every time here. Busy location, prepare to walk over if it's busy to avoid a traffic jam coming off of Division. Great vegan drink options.Vegan food items are lacking in general at Starbucks, not a downside of this specific location but, nothing great food wise.

We come here quite often when on a road trip and the baristas are always very generous with such great energy. They have mobile order for in-store pick up and drive thru pick up. I’ve tried both and also ordered in store as well and they are super fast even when there’s a rush. Sometimes my order gets complicated while customizing it on the app or in person, but they never missed out a single detail.

Staff welcomes you immediately as you walk in creating a welcoming environment! They call you by your name as they are making your drink, which I found made my experiences at this Starbucks more meaningful! Feels like they truly care about their guests as well as making you feel more as one rather than a number
