I had used these guys recently to get rid of bed bugs in my home, the man I had spoken to was very informative, patient with my lack of knowledge and inexperience with bed bugs. Cody and Dennis travelled out of the city to spray my home out in the country. Not only were they on time and ready to roll, they were also 2 of the funniest and most interesting people I have ever met. I had a lot of clutter and furniture and they still managed to do excellent work and get rid of the problem while I got rid of what they recommended. I really hope I never have to go through this ever again but if I do I’ll defintiely use this company again. My wife and I are very impressed and grateful for their services as they undoubtedly went above and beyond.

I highly recommend Customer First Pest Control. I live outside the Perimeter Hwy and had a major squirrel problem that were destroying my shed contents and electrical. Dennis, the Owner replied to my message within 15 minutes and advised of what he could do to help me out and was out the next day to take care of my squirrel problem. I no longer have the problem with the squirrels, Customer First Pest Control is a GREAT company to deal with. Dennis was prompt, professional, courteous and took the time to explain what he was going to do as well as preventative measures that I can do so that the problem will not occur again. We have called Dennis with our mice issue in our garage and he was extremely quick to come and get the job done. Very professional and friendly. In no time at all the problem was dealt with and was not a reoccurring issue. We have called him back for an ant infestation the following few months and again very professional and friendly and fast service. We would definitely recommend Dennis to anyone in need of a professional and efficient exterminator.

Called and left a message to request a wasp control visit. He called back and did not identify himself as the company's representative. What he said was I got a message?" I asked if he was the company rep for Customer's First and he said yes. Asked if he could come for a wasp problem and he said he could come the next day. I never heard from him after that. I did not follow up as I feel I do not have to do that. It is upon company owners/reps to make sure they hustle for business. I asked someone else to do the work. Very unprofessional."

In late June early July we found Carpenter Ants in our house. I went to Poulin's Pest Control, they want to sell me chemical for outside and inside the house at $45/4 liter jug. We would have needed 4 to 5 jugs for outside and in. After some consideration we decided to use an exterminator rather then doing it our selves. We found Cody from Customer's First Pest Control. He was very informative, easy to deal with. We gave him access to the house, he sprayed outside and in. He offers a 90 day warranty on his work, he did a great job, haven't seen ants in the house for about 10 days now. Thanks Cody

I called last week to have them come deal with squirrels in our walls (after calling 5 other companies. Contractors don't seem to care about getting back to anyone). He got back to me right away and we talked about what I needed, I felt good about what he offered, and we booked an appointment for 3pm on Monday. I left work 3 hours early to meet him and he never showed. I called to see if he was just behind in his day and every time I tried to leave a voicemail he butt dialed me back (interrupting the voicemail I was trying to leave). I finally was able to leave a message but no one called me back. I called again today and no response to my voicemail. Called again and now all my calls go straight to voicemail so I wonder if he blocked me!? Why can't anyone in this industry be accountable? I need help. This is a fire and safety hazard, not to mention how much it stresses out my dog. They have access to my LIVING SPACE. I just wanted to pay a reputable exterminator to get the job done. Why does it have to be this hard?
