Used them for septic clean out and they were great! Over quoted uncharged and out the same day they were called. Extra points for patience with a dog that escape to grert a new friend! Definitely will use them again.

Their administrative skills in office are bad and they really don’t care. Ordered 2 deluxe potties $500…for wedding reception to be dropped on July 9…they showed up June 9 (their scheduling issue) !!!! and even though their mistake, wanted to drop them and have us keep for the month! We said no.They did bring back on July 9th and driver very nice. But best spot to drop for him was across the driveway blocking it. That worked for party but now they cannot or will not tell me when they will be by to pick them up! I need to have these moved out of way and they say anytime this week but don’t know when and refuse to give me any estimate. The office refused to even give an idea saying NO ONE knows. Wow who does your scheduling? Thanks for NO info and help. Might want to work on customer service skills in office. Two stars for the driver.

I called there over 4 times in the last week... The porta potty.. at my job is overfilling and it is over 3 weeks .. still haven't been changed.. not including the inside smells horrendous the walls need to be cleaned. I am very dissatisfied with this company. I will talk to my general manager about switching to different company could this company here is not on their A game!

They brought us a beautiful brand new trailer. It was perfect and our guests were so happy. When he dropped it off for our wedding party, he gave us a delicious dessert as a gift. How awesome was that. Can't say enough good things about Scotty's!!!

Some of the BEST money we spent for grad party! EXCELLENT service with 1 phone call! Delivery and pick up so friendly and easy! Definitely recommend and will use again!

The unit was dropped off on someone else's property. I called the emergency number twice and sent a text message-- no response. What ensued was.... no call back as promised, after speaking to an agent on Monday, the unit being picked up a week late, dishonesty by the driver, no courtesy nor accountability by the office.

This Company is a Company that does not Respect or Care about there CustomersPay for Weekly Service and lucky if They come and clean it Once Month.Called Them for Service and Manager Told Me, That they are just coming to PU Unit from My site. She said she was tired of me calling all the time and they have to much bussiness to deal with a client like me. I Was Like WowThey sure Due charge my Card every Month, but Never Service it.They even Raised my Rates from 120 to 150 a Month, without Notice. Managements ReSponse was they are big of a company, to send out notice of price increase.Stay Away from This Company, Unless you are looking for A Dirty Toilet and A lot of Headaches.They Don’t Even Deserve A 1 Star

I have (12) Units on rent from these guys are within three weeks of a 9 month contract we are getting rid of them. They can't seem to service them on a regular interval, there office is very unresponsive and not helpful when you do get a hold of them. When they do come out to service the units they can't even service them all, surely the driver has a list of the units to check against.Spoke with the Manager about moving to twice a week service and getting the second service free due to their poor service the previous weeks. She informed me that my only options are to pay full price for the twice a week service or to have the units picked up and the contract terminated.We are currently getting new units from a different vendor and will be getting rid of these.You would think that for a 9 month long contract they would be more willing to work with you.If I could leave a -1 Star review I would. They will never again be getting any business from me or my company.

Every time I see a Scotty's potty on the jobsite, I know I will just want to hold it for 10 hrs, because it will be out of toilet paper and probably hasn't been serviced since it was dropped off! I am on a job with one now. It had no toilet paper Friday the 19th and still has none now (the 22nd). According to the service sticker it has not been serviced since the 3rd. In the middle of August! Disgusting!!!! Don't waste your money with this place

First you got to show up weekly which they don't! Then you have to call them to remind them your day is Tues. After a year one would think that they knew a schedule? But still have to call and listen to some excuse as to why. Just do yourself a favor and call anyone but this company and its affiliates.
