Herc Rentals
Rented a 8 ton excavator and told them I needed it for a day. They took security deposit based on one day rental and told me the estimate cost would be $1200. Used the machine for 7 hrs on a Thursday. Came back to jobsite following day around 12pm and saw machine was not picked up so called it in. They charge me two days because they say I called it in at 12 PM. And then they don't pick up machine until 5 days after. Poor customer service and overcharging. I would be careful dealing with this company .

worst place to rent from way over priced u might as well buy the equipment you need. as a customer they will place your order take your money and talk rudely behind your back the corporation is ironically Jewish found but co-owners are rude racist and have no respect for ANY human being including their own employees. Manager doesnt even know how to respect his own wife in the office always go in store and hear him acting like a barbarian with no home training.

Great staff and a clean, safe, and well run facility. Did some interior renovating for this company in many of their locations in the GTA as well as their store out in Hamilton. They are the best construction equipment rental companies period!
