Whenever we've called in the customer service with the service department has been horrible. Never able to help us, yes their other collingwood location, if the same owner, has helped us every time. I don't get how the same ownership can have a night and day difference. Most recently, it was for a recall repair. Called in, more or less told to go away and call back in a month and wouldn't hold a list. Collingwood location were incredible kind and put us on their waiting list. I can't speak to the quality of their work because we can never get past their customer service.

All of our servicing and repairs are done in a timely and inexpensive manner. They are not afraid to answer any questions or concerns and actually explain the issues to you without trying to up-sell you on unnecessary service.We have bought several F150 Trucks from Tom, with the most recent being a 2019 F150 in Stayner. Tom was able to help us build a truck that met our budget and met our demands required for a service vehicle. Their prices are on new trucks are competitive with the GTA dealers, and the service is obviously far better!

Service is garbage they ripped off for a brake caliper job caliper was sticking passenger side front sold me new parts did not fix issue did not Diagnosis properly they are crooks take your Ford elsewhere! Won't give me back my money and are with holding service records!!!

Bought a 2019 from Scott about a month ago and the service was absolutely incredible. Instead of trying to sell me more options he helped me find a truck that would save me more money and lower my payments! Couldn't have been happier and I will deffinantly be back to buy from Scott again!

Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change so that my warranty was still valid. I noticed that the protective shield on the underside of my vehicle was making noise and asked them to check it out also. After receiving my Explorer back from Hannah’s, the oil change was complete, but my protective shield was in WORSE shape after bringing it home; completely hanging down under my car, all of the clips on one side were broken as well as the bolt that keeps it secure. Hannah’s said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the shield when I brought it in… and then continued to break it worse upon return. This is not the FIRST unpleasant experience dealing with them and have zero trust in their service department and mechanics. 1/10 do not recommend!
