Such a great CTC location. I live in Cambridge but I often choose to drive to Paris. The store is small but always seems to have what you are looking for. Also great staff..

I arrived tonight at 7:55 unaware that the store closed at 8:00. I was looking to purchase a large item. I realized they were closing and explained to the manager what I wanted and she immediately said it was no problem. She then quietly asked two of the staff to get the item I needed from the trailer. It was obviously a significant task but I was reassured numerous times by the manager and the staff that they were happy to help. Everyone was smiling and helpful despite the fact that I was keeping them busy past closing. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Paris has to be one of the greatest CT stores in existence along with Ancaster. Love seeing Merlene, who is the nicest person up front, several times now she's been there to help me with things outside of a standard purchases. It always feels like she has your back even though I feel bad bringing her random questions, the odd return etc.Canadian Tire head office if you are listening, this lady needs to teach all of your incoming staff how to illustrate the perks of yourCT Triangle Select. I work in customer service and sales ops and typically gloss over these types of cards but over 3 visits she really identified how much you actually make back and the perks of this card without being pushy, identifying the actual useful perks all without seeming like CT management told her she has to. It's the only points card I have outside of my credit card now.Keep it up Paris, you're doing it right! Your entire staff are always fantastic to deal with.

The Canadian Tire has an auto centre and a garden centre. They are definitely following covid guidelines and have accommodated that with their pickup service which is quite a good idea. The staff in there are very friendly and very helpful. The store is very clean as well. It truly has a lot of what you need in there. It is definitely a wheelchair accessible. The prices are very good right now and some of the sales on making it a little easy on the pocketbook. There's ample parking out front and is also hooked up to the plaza here.

I love this store.They really have so much to offer at good prices. Tools, hardware, BBQ supplies, to hunting gear. And tons more in between. Their app is great to help find stock availability as well as the corresponding shelf location in store.

If I could have given a 0 stars I would have.I was extremely disappointed when I ordered a birthday present for my daughter on line. When I went to pick it up after having paid for it, and printed off a copy of the receipt. I was informed they did not have it.Why would it say there was one left and process the order, just to tell me they couldn't find it in the store???!!Even more frustrating, was that I was told I would have been notified of the cancelation. When I checked my email it had indeed been canceled, while I was at the store to pick it up.Nice try Canadian Tire!Poor form!!!"

They usually have what we need 8 out of 10 times. Service is good when you can find someone. Store is clean and well stocked. We shop here when needed for convenience. We will keep going back.

Staff were quick to help. Helped me find exactly what I needed. No complaints.

I came today to buy 4 tires all season Cooper good deal, but the customer service is not good, they don't welcome or smile, look like the don't care.Only Garry Graham was the guy was good customers, that was I put 3 stars .if not I will put 0 stars for bad customer service, need improvement

All for of these stars go to the hard working grunt workers at this store! From the girl in the store that was able to get the ball rolling on getting 2 young gents locatting and digging a pool out of a trailer that was stored in the parking lot. These guys had to crawl to the nose of a 54' trailer to get this thing!. Well done gents. The missing star goes to upper management for this horrible system. I'm seeing this time and time again where management has no clue how things are done in the real world. Maybe try these jobs and you will see what you are expecting of your staff. Brantford CT wouldn't even bother to find the 4 pools it said they had in inventory. So bravo Paris to mitigating through poor management, hang in there. Not saying it will get better but you are certainly keeping it from getting worse.
