Had Maria as my RMT today. Was very friendly and uses multiple techniques to relieve muscle discomfort. After my session, I felt less soreness from shoulder and neck muscles. Would definitely recommend.

Therapy Now’s Andy Bains is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to nutrition. He provides reliable and supportive guidance when it comes to eating healthy, living an active lifestyle. Andy helped me make more informed choices when it comes to what I eat, which supported my workout goals. He even took the time to explain step-by-step on how to cook simple dishes in the kitchen!. I’m very fortunate to have his support and expertise by my side. By improving my diet, I’ve become a lot leaner while still putting on muscle. Additionally, he saved me money by showing me that many of the supplements I was taking were unnecessary and could be replaced with whole foods. Overall, I highly recommend Andy as a nutrition coach to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being, and especially to those who are interested in using nutrition to support their workout and muscle gain goals.

He is incredibly personable and explains things in a way that make it easy to understand and follow. I have been attending Therapy Now for almost three years. The massage therapists and the acupuncturist have helped me in my recovering with their excellent treatments. Kris has been my OT for a month now and I have seen that she really takes time to do all the exercises with me and is extremely patient. She knows her work and seems passionate to see her patient recover. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to get better and willing to put in the work she tells you to.
