They have the best rate in Richmond and a very helpful staff ! 5/5 stars . Staff normally stop customers from buying and sending Bitcoins to somebody if they suspected that customers are being scammed like CRA and love scam. Also, Amazon and Ebay scam.

Just used one of their machines in Toronto located at a Mr. Convenience. I purchased $20 worth of Bitcoins and ended up with $4.59 Cdn worth of Bitcoins in my wallet. Is that what they call a fair transaction. This is just a scam!!!.Follow-up to their reply: Do you realize how ridiculous your reply sounds? How can you take $35 mining fee from a $20 Bitcoin purchase? So do you mean I actually still owe money for this transaction then explain to me how I've received $4.59 worth of Bitcoin in my wallet if the mining fee is $35 but i only deposited $20. In fact the mining fee on this transaction is only $0.42 according to my wallet app. Also there was no disclosure on the machine other than the tax implications, and no fee amount shown on the receipt either.

Fair rates, owner is reliable. All you have to do is call the number and make an appointment. The people complaining obviously have no idea what they are talking about. The last 2 reviews were done by the same person negatively reviewing the same places. Bitcoiniacs has been the most reliable and solid provider of Bitcoin in the city for years.
