Great ingredients, my favorite sea urchin, fresh and plenty of it, and the waiter brought me a birthday cake, they were great! Wonderful service! I also liked the decor of the restaurant, lots of shochu bottles along the wall, typical Japanese style. It was just a little cold sitting at the door. Anyway, I like how quickly they serve the food!

Beautiful decor with all the alcohol bottles. We were served their house starter salad which had a nice tang and crunch. We ordered the takoyaki, oyster bomb roll, unagi pancake, the grilled squid, the seared ebi salmon roll and the spicy mix roll for 3 people. The oyster bomb roll was our favorite - delicious fried oyster with a torched uni sauce, this is a must get. Service was excellent, plate changes throughout our meal and the servers were attentive. We were offered ice cream on the house at the end as a palate cleanser. Highly recommend to come visit this restaurant for quality Japanese dishes. Will be back!

Excellent, polite service. Lots of variety and high quality dishes. Delicious. The Black Diamond and Unagi Pancake were standout orders.Make sure to make a reservation! The place gets packed. It is a small space, so try not to bring a big purse or too many miscellaneous bags when dining in.They gave a complimentary scoop of green tea or black sesame ice cream at the end of the meal.

Izakaya Paradise is an absolute gem! I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you're a fan of sashimi and sushi rolls. The sashimi here is unparalleled, incredibly fresh, and beautifully presented. Every bite is a burst of oceanic flavors that transport you to sushi heaven. And let's not forget about their Black Diamond rolls – they are hands down the best rolls I've ever had. The combination of ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors create a culinary masterpiece that you simply can't miss.Aside from the sushi, I must mention the Miso black cod. It's an absolute must-try! The cod is exquisitely tender, delicately flaky, and infused with a heavenly miso glaze. The flavors are harmonious, and each bite melts in your mouth, leaving you craving for more.

Great experience. We came here for lunch and tried a lot of different dishes. Everyone was happy with their order. Servers were attentive. They remembered who ordered what, even topped up water without being asked. Food quality and quantity were good for the price they charge! Will definitely come back again.

Really great value for lunch for the donburi as and sushi sets. The portions were generous and they didn’t skimp out on the fish. It came with soup and ice cream as well. Everything was fresh so would definitely come again. Even though we got here at around 1:30pm, we still had to wait for 30mins.

Lovely selection of food! Adored the skewers, aburi, and sashimi. Good quality and kind staff :) Really enjoyed the sumo wrestling on the big screens too.
