TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Thank you so much for your friendly, helpful service yesterday February 17, 2021. Before leaving home I had googled the TD Bank closest to me (Huron & Highbury) to determine if they were open. Apparentlly they were. Upon arriving they were closed and no access to the ATM. . Misleading info posted. Decided to drive to my former residential area in Old South and was very grateful for the prompt and friendly service during these sometimes trying times. Appreciated. Thank you !

The staff was able to help me in what I needed to do, but were incredibly patronizing. I was choosing to close my chequing account as I am now banking with other institutions with lower fees and better cashback credit cards. When I called to complete this account closure, I was told this was something I would have to do in person at a bank. I then went to Wortley TD, where I was told my other bank does not have good customer service and they were sad to see me go (keeping in mind, I still have lines of credit with TD and was thinking of obtaining car insurance through TD). I was upset the staff had the audacity to tell me my other bank has bad customer service after waiting on the phone to be serviced, told I would have to go in person, and then subsequently belittled me when I did go in person.

Went into the branch and no one was at the counter so I sat down to wait! The staff took no notice and a couple of them passed me by and never said a word! Some where on their phone as customers waited. I watched a customer walk out in frustration! This is pitiful.

Worst branch in town . Tellers talkway too much, it's not a therapy session- it's a bank transaction . Takes way too long waiting in line . I dread having to go in to the actual bank to see a teller . It's like pulling teeth . I would rather solve the homeless problem than deal with this branch ever again . ZERO STARS !! The tellers and managers pick and chose who they want to treat like a human being based on the way that you look . That is just sad . I actually feel sorry for these people on power trips that work at this bank . It must be a miserable life living that way ! Please tell the rest of us what it is like to be perfect ??

Speed of service is horrible. You will wait ages in line. The staff are nice but they socialize a lot with customers. Not a place to go if you have somewhere to be. Expect 15 mins to make it to the counter.

My favourite TD branch in the city. Very friendly inviting staff and dogs are welcome!

The TD Canada Trust branch at 191 Wortley Road in London, Ontario is wonderful to say the least! The staff are caring and compassionate and I absolutely adore all of them! :) :)

My favourite bank branch ever. They have the best staff who are super helpful, very friendly, always smile and remember your name.

TD is the best bank in Canada. Never have i ever had a bad experience with any TD associate. Thnaks you TD.

This branch literally short-changed us. We took out some rolls of quarters, and one of them was partly filled with nickels and dimes instead of quarters (making the total amount less than the 10$ that we withdrew). Unacceptable.
