Dunlop Collision did an amazing job! Looks like a brand new car. I'm very happy with their work and would highly recommend them!

A fender bender brought my Ford Fusion here, and the service is outstanding. Technicians gave me honest answers about the viability of repairing my vehicle despite the possibility of a lost customer, and provided me a very accurate estimate, even going out of their way to find cheaper used parts to significantly reduce the cost. Communication regarding the state of my repair has been excellent.Despite the fact that the repair has taken longer than the estimated seven days (my vehicle is still with them as of writing) they get a good review from me as they proactively ensured I knew about the potential delay due to supply line disruptions with required parts, which is something beyond their control and unfair for me to judge them for. The Dunlop business family has consistently treated me extremely well, and they remain my go-to for any vehicular services.

Although it felt like they took an eternity to fix my car, Dunlop Collision did a fantastic job. The total price/cost was actually less than what was provided in my estimate which was also a bonus. I had issues with my battery and hood when I picked up my car and they were happy to look at both problems immediately and had me on the road right away. They also detailed my car which I was not expecting - also a bonus!

Definitely WOULD recommend Dunlop Collision.I have had the pleasure of using Dunlop Collision on two separate occasions. Both times I was treated like a valued customer. We recently had my wife's vehicle repaired at Dunlop and when we picked it up, it had been washed, waxed and detailed. I felt like they gave me the royal treatment.If you have the option to choose where your vehicle's repairs are done, take it to Dunlop Collision. You'll be glad you did.

Very poor workmanship. I am taking my truck back for the third time to get it fixed again. The first time I went in for a dent in the bumper. I got it back and you could still see the dent. I took it back and I got it back and the fender flare was cracked after painting and installing it. Now the paint is peeling were they painted it and the fog light is not installed correctly and the wiring is not tied up behind the bumper. We will see how repair # 3 works out after they re-do their work again. Very disappointed and don’t think you should have to take a truck back 3 times to get a minor repair fixed...

Great work, friendly service and my car was cleaned inside and out, I expected the outside of the vehicle to be clean but I didn't expect the inside to be spotless, even the floor mats.Hats off to Dunlop collision for customer service

I’ve had Dunlop Collision do work on a couple of my vehicles over the years. Every time I get my vehicle back I feel like they have not only done what we agreed to, but have gone above and beyond. Whether it’s pickup and drop service or a thorough detailing of my vehicle, they just “get it” when it comes to taking care of their customers.I don’t think of going anywhere else when I need paint or bodywork done. I highly recommend Dunlop!

Had a patch of rust I got repainted through Dunlop Collision… they exceeded my expectations with the quality of the paint match and prep work was clearly perfect. They also took the time to clean my door panels and floor mats along with organize all my stuff nicely on the back seat. Excellent work for a very good value. Thank you all!

Dunlop Collision always has done excellent work on my vehicles. I would not take a vehicle to anyone else in Lethbridge for auto body. First class all the way.
