Johnson Jewellers

Johnson Jewellers not only sells jewelry but they will buy jewelry from customers that is no longer wanted. I recently visited them with quite a lot of my uncles items and John personally took the time to look at each piece. The process must have taken half an hr. Johnson Jewellers has always been kind and friendly.

I have used Johnson Jewellers for cleaning, repairs, creating a custom ring, and rebuilding my engagement ring. They are absolutely amazing! So friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. I would trust them with all of my jewellery, and is the only place I will be purchasing from going forward! Thank you Johnson’s! :)

I had an image in my mind of what I wanted done to my wedding band, and very strong images of what I did NOT want it to look like. When I picked up my re-clawed diamond and the addition of the diamonds to my band as well as shining it up to original splendour, I was floored. It surpassed my expectation and is stunning. John was so patient with me, took time to draw with a marker on my band what he suggested , etc….it is gorgeous and I can’t thank johnson jewellers enough for preserving my original wedding set and yet adding to the band to represent my family!! Love it- thank you!

Magical and wonderful experience, buying my engagement ring from Johnson Jewellers. John made me feel right at home. He took time to listen to what I wanted, for my custom engagement ring for my beautiful fiance. After describing my then girlfriend to John, he had the perfect ring picked out immediately. I felt zero pressure to buy. He was honest with me about my ideas, and worked with me to make the ring and experience perfect!!! My fiance love's the ring! We have been back to look at wedding bands, and my fiance felt that same vibe I did. At home, zero pressure. John and his staff make the experience nothing short of amazing! Excellent service! Went above and beyond to create the most beautiful engagement ring. When looking to get the ring resized, they worked to accommodate my busy schedule to make sure I would be able to make it in. Highly recommended!

On December 5th, 2020, my husband surprised me with the most beautiful engagement ring purchased from John. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better than that, John custom made the wedding band of my dreams. It’s absolutely stunning. The customer service is outstanding and everyone at Johnson’s is so welcoming, I enjoy popping in to have my ring cleaned and having a quick chat with them.

I had a sentimental white gold chain repaired here it was my third repair I've had done at this store in 6 months. The necklace was my deceased sisters necklace that she was given for her 13th birthday. Clasp was broken on it so I had it replaced. Within 3 hours of wearing the necklace, it broke off my neck and fell without my knowledge. Upon returning to the shop to pick up another repaired tennis bracelet, I let them know how special the necklace was and what had happened to it in such a short time of wearing it. I didn't get an apology and I was charged full price for the tennis bracelet repair. She suggested she wished she knew where it broke, obviously it was the new clasp. Will not be bring my business back in the store, I am fully aware that the clasp was faulty, I know how to put a necklace onThey also polished a black diamond bracelet of mine and polished off the black metal. It came back silver with black diamonds. Terrible service.

I always feel welcome when entering Johnson Jewellers. The show room is exquisite. I have purchased many pieces over the years, as well as had cleaning and repairs.
