We went to your store early 800-815 this morning got the items we needed but when we tried to use the self checkout we were rudely told we could not use it because the associate said we had more than 15 items. So instead we were directed to the one and only cash open and ended up making many people wait unnecessarily this really irritated my wife and myself as we regularly shop at your store

I went to Nofrills last weekend and there was a cashier there named Stella, and she was the most ignorant, inconsiderate, rude, toxic, and downright disrespectful person I've ever seen work at a grocery store. Her attitude was extremely insulting, I asked if I could have a big reusable bag, and she made a sly comment saying Yeah of course YOU'D ask for big bag". I am overweight due to diabetes and a thyroid condition

It's hard to believe that a store this small is supposed to satisfy the needs of a city of 50,000 people. The store is cramped and run down. The vegetable section has been very poor on several visits. There is better pricing at other stores in town. I wouldn't shop there as my main store, but I will cherry pick the flyer specials and do most of my shopping elsewhere.

Horrible and uncomfortable experience. I walked in with a couple of friends and there was a lady at the front asking for donations and I politely declined and kept walking. While walking around the store she was staring at us, pointing at us to her co-worker and rolling her eyes at us. We saw her do it to a couple other customers who POLITELY declined. It's completely unacceptable to be treated like that, when some people are struggling to even buy groceries who cant spare a dollar. Its uncomfortable to be stared at while trying to buy groceries. Other than that the cashier was AWESOME and super polite.

Not using fifo sour cream was all oldest at the back and newest at the front and same with the chicken. Not enough gluten free food for celiac. I spend thousands of dolled on gluten free food for me and my family per month and have to drive all the way across town to real Canadiasn super store

Clean, usually good stock, nice staff. Often has good deals in sales. Going earlier in the day seems to be better in terms of things being in stock. Produce is good.

First of all, I never have a loonie for a cart. So I don't spend more than my arms can hold. It's sooooo bloody cold in the store it's uncomfortable. I can't stand the self checkout vulchers. I SHOULDN'T need to ASK them for a bag either. It's a waste of time. Aside from this, the parking situation is usually DANGEROUS, and the donation folks always out front... Deter me from going. I just want to buy milk and get out. LEAVE ME ALONE.

Always well kept organized, well stocked, with very helpful shelf stock ppl. Love the (no name) potato chip dip, thinking it's the best. Often buy the 710 ml diet coke, or pc water.
