Great bunch of ppl there I ordered my truck there and it came in early, nice sales ppl too not pushy at all they let you come to them they don't hound yah like other dealerships, there are other O'Regans's dealerships that hound you but not the Toyota/Lexus dealership

We went in looking for a NX and left with a RX. We worked with Shane and he asked the right questions, he took the time to get to know us, our needs and what we want the vehicle to do. Purchasing this vehicle wasn't easy but it was done so quickly as we were able to figure out what we wanted for ourselves. The entire team has been fantastic. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and especially Shane who gave us great service and didn't mind our rattling on about everything under the sun. Even said he'd put a push on the new car we ordered, but we all know it comes when it comes. Lol thanks Shane.

I have been buying various vehicles from O'Regan's Lexus since 2015 and words will never describe the level of satisfaction I have from this dealership. The entire team is professional and have always treated me extremely well. If you are in the market for a new luxury vehicle, I would strongly consider the Lexus brand because of their extremely reliable vehicles but most importantly, this dealership for an overwhelmingly positive experience. While traveling in Canada we had an issue with our front fender. Without an appointment they squeezed us in so that we could get back on the road. The repair was done quickly at a reasonable price and Val and Ben were great to work with.

Wasn't sure I wanted to post this as I am a loyal Toyota owner. But today during a service appointment I would have been charged extra for something that was included in the 50 point inspection. Because of my last service, I checked my window washer fluid, it was not topped up, at further inspection I found my cabin filter full of leaves and debris, the service manager provided compensation for the issues.I would just like the work to be done as per service agreement.Note I will not lower the 4 star rating, as this review maybe enough for O'Regan's to do the correction required in there service department.
