Worst experience we have ever had. Poor customer service. Total negligence of customer's requests. The mistakes of a salesperson cost us a fortune, unfinished project, and disappointed customers. All the personnel refused to admit and resolve the issue. While we have an evidence to support our statement, the company quickly changed their website's info to prove us wrong. Well, too late. We will proceed with the legal actions now.

I required a display case for a model ship of a custom dimensions. Lawrence really helped me out explaining what they needed, advised which plastic thickness would be most appropriate, fully understood my instructions as to the functionality of the display case and offered to glue the components for me. Staff was very rude to hang up on me on a call after our order was lost. First and last time ordering after paying extra for emergency part. And unwilling to help to find a better solution. Very upsetting.

I need pice of plastic glass 7inch by 10inch. And some glue. The guy was very knowledgeable. They cut it in 3 min. And all together costed 17$.

I ordered an acrylic tube and it was shipped within one week. It arrived unusable because it was broken everywhere and the staff did not protect it for shipping (this is a really fragile material to deal with).BUTI contacted Catherine from customer support and they sent me another one duly protected the next week free of charge. It arrived in a perfect state.Customer support is perfect but I suggest the packaging staff be more careful when packing orders.Thanks again!

Reasonably priced plastics, resins, and other materials for composite construction. Showed up to pick up an order, realized I needed a few test pieces of polycarbonate and acrylic and the friendly guy behind the counter cut them for me right then and there!

saw very good reviews about this company so ordered from this place for the first time and paid big shipping cost. Received order with one item missing, called and they said they can only ship missing item with regular mail without tracking. everyone makes mistake which is okay but company doesn't want to spend money to use faster shipping method to cover that mistake..very disappointed.
