The rent is so high and only a FEW suites/apartments are renovated like the pictures they display on google AKA the kitchen. Other older suits on floors above and below the double balcony suits (Floor 3-5) aren't renovated. And yet they have the liberty to increase the rent, smh.

We just moved to this apartment building and love it. The superintendents are great and helpful and everyone is friendly. They did an excellent job renovating our apartment. Definitely are using quality in their renos. We really like the location too, close to city and 401.
