Our AC stopped working on a Sunday, we called Oria and Mansoor came to help diagnose the issue on Monday, and came to replace the part on Tuesday. Very honest, friendly, knowledgable and excellent service overall. Very reasonable cost. Thank you Oria.

Friendly, efficient, and fairly priced.After a bigger company quoted an absurd figure to repair my A/C and an even more absurd sum for a replacement, Mansoor came by after-hours to give me a much more reasonable estimate. His team then fit me in right before the summer heat waves started to roll in. He was helpful, responsive, and personally involved the entire way, making sure everything was as stress-free as possible.

I had a leak in my furnace and my ac was not functioning. I decided to call Oria heating and cooling and was impressed by there profesionalism and honesty. We have a new born in the house and needed the ac fixed asap due to a heat wave. They were able to dispatch a technician the same day and had the ac working within an hour. They also fixed another issue that I was having with regards to my ac coolant levels. Since fixing the issue the ac has been blowing very cold.Throughout the repair the technician was constantly giving advice on how to properly manage the airflow in my house. I highly recommend this company for ac and furnace repairs.

My A/C stopped working. I contacted Oria Heating and Cooling and the owner contacted me within 30 minutes. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. He was very knowledgeable, recommended the solution that worked best for me and even when I asked about a more expensive solution he explained that it wasn't necessary and why which allowed me to make a fully informed decision. To say I was impressed is an understatement. When his team showed up to remove the old A/C and install the new one they were polite, well presented and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they would be doing, answered any questions I had and asked me to show them were things were located. They went right to work. I can honestly say they were professional in the way they interacted with me and with each other. They performed the work professionally and within the timeline they said it would take when they arrived. They tested the equipment to make sure everything was working as it should and showed me what they had done. When they left they had cleaned up so well that you wouldn't have even known they were here other then the new A/C in the backyard. I will definitely use them again for any heating or cooling needs I may have and I will be recommending them to family and friends as well. A well deserved 5 star rating.

I would highly recommend Mansoor from Oria heating and cooling.After quickly solving my heating issue, where others failed to figure it out, he also charged me half the cost of other service calls i have had to pay for previously.He is honest, straight shooter and will not to try and sell you service and parts you don't need.He took the time to do a walkaround my residence afterwards and explained what he recommended doing and what we were already doing correctly as far as temperature control and preventative maintenance, where other companies failed to do so.Oria will now be my go to company for all heating and air conditioning maintenance and repairs.

Oria Heating and Cooling was a pleasure to work with. They are one of the few companies that will respond back to you quickly. I tried several companies for a new Air Conditioning installation quote in Ottawa. Not only were they easy to get a hold of, they offered the best quote and were able to explain everything needed for the installation. Mansoor at Oria Heating and Cooling is very knowledgeable about the services offered, and provides a lot of followup throughout the quote and installation process. He was very friendly and provides a hands on approach for equipment installation. The company sent out two technicians - Cody and Kohl, for my installation and they worked well together communicating to each other and to myself. They cleaned up after installing my AC unit and explained such things as maintenance and HVAC details for the future. I liked the service so much, that I will be going with this company again for another AC installation in the Ottawa area some time soon. Keep up the good work!
