Suit rental process was not very versatile. You get measured, and then you are given one suit to try on with the suit button missing. It's not the one you plan to rent but just the one that everyone tries on for sizing purposes only. How do you know what the suit you want to rent will look the same? How can you offer to try on a suit that has the most important button missing to know what it will look like? Seems all wrong. The second star is given for good and attentive staff. But seriously, invest in some suits for trying on, Moores.

Wow amazing last minute service just before closing. They let me in and helped me find a very nice RL blazer for such an amazing price I thought I was in the clearance isle in Winners. I'll shop here first for my dress clothes in the future.

We had a very pleasant and productive visit to Moores Markham. Both Ahsan and Erin were incredibly helpful and displayed excellent customer service skills and expertise. Erin helped us throughout our visit to ensure we had exactly what we want and need, and was very helpful, kind, and had some great advice for my fiancee and I. The trip was mostly so my fiancee could complete his and his groomsmen's wardrobe, and Erin gave some excellent advice and recommendations - he is very happy with his outfit and we were able to get everything we need for his groomsmen in one stop. We highly recommend this location!

Was assisted by Erin. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She made the process absolutely enjoyable and efficient. I told her what I was looking for, then she measured me and found a couple of options for me that fit nicely. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return for my future men's clothing needs.
