BMO Bank of Montreal

I have been going to this branch for at least ten years I have never experienced any difficulties other than the frustrations of normal business activities. The manager and staff have always treated me with respect and consideration, which I appreciate. i have read some of the other reviews, and I am lead to think that you get what you put out. I have always been courteous and reflective of the difficulty of dealing with the general public. Keep on doing what you are doing, a top class job! I am not associated with this branch in any way other than as a customer>

Staff are nice and are at no fault to this which is why the extra star. But to the managers, if you know you’re a busy branch, why not schedule more tellers. I waited in the same spot in line for 15 mins because there were only 2 tellers. The same two tellers who were there the previous day . Seems to be the situation every time at this branch and they have a huge line up which no one tends to. Managers see and go back in office. Ideally, if there’s a line up, everyone should hop on the computers and help out, or direct people waiting in line for a deposit or withdrawal to use the atm if possible rather than waiting in line. Very weak managementUPDATE** been 3 months since my review and it’s a Saturday afternoon and the same story. Big line 2 tellers and managers are on their phones. Clearly the management at this staff does not care about making a change

Bank is clean, however wait times are ridiculous. Not enough staffing, and untrained staff.

BMO location is big enough to see from the streets. They have the drive-thru service if you are in a hurry.

Best best. Staff is very nice and co-operative.

NAHEED IQBAL helped me from step-1 to set up for my loan. It was quick process of not more than 2 weeks. Opening an account with her was quick. She got all documents signed and kept in one place for me. Also she followed up with me on a regular basis. Submitting of documents was digital and easy. Overall a nice experience. Wait time is too much and staff speak so loudly that there is no privacy at bankU can’t discuss anything they speak so loud that everyone can know tge reason of your visit

By far the worst customer service i experienced in a bank. Had me wait a hour for a appointment to tell me they have other clients with appointments that they'll have to follow up with me when there slower. I came in to re set my business online banking password and find a old credit account. Very poor customer service. I asked to be booked at a different branch since initially i was told their fully booked to then saying oh we have a 11am appointment. To be told by 11:30am they wont be able to help me due to other appointments.

Thanks to Dharmeshwari and Pricilla for knowing actual meaning of customer service unlike other BMO branch. They made sure customer is been well taken care of..

The staff is nice particularly Alicia I believe that’s her name. But the wait times are ridiculous and they’re always short staffed. Also, I’m super happy to see diversity. However, they need to train their tellers properly.
