Angie and Savannah went absolutely above and beyond for us I will never forget how much effort they put in for me and my kid who loves peanuts. Recommending this place to anyone I know cause it's hard finding passionate people like this working retail

Visited this store on the way out in hopes of finding shoes. Store was fully staffed and everyone was very attentive. They didn’t have the exact size we needed so they pulled out three similar sizes and one boot she recommended. Turns out we loved her recommendation and really appreciated that she brought alternative sizes instead of just telling us they didn’t have our size. When we went to pay I had gift cards that I couldn’t tell were used or not, the Manager went out of his way to check which ones were used. This was by far the best retail experience I have had in a long time. These youth were amazing!

My friend and I stopped here today and the staff were absolutely amazing! They started off by making a personal connection and chatting away with us and then helped us find the shoes we were looking for and some! What a pleasant experience

Love the selection. Staff are very friendly and polite. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Got a nice pair of Vans for a nice price.

Went in looking for a pair of shoes tonight. Even though I didn't end up finding something I liked the staff was super pleasent and helpful. They knew the product and the store was tidy. Good experience and I will try this store again in the future.

As a former employee of journeys in the Georgian mall I loved working there the staff is hilarious!! Everyone is attentive and helpful, the staff deserve 5 stars for sure but let's talk about the DM His name is Siv and he is the world's worst district manager and human being in my opinion I've never met anyone more disrespectful, I feel the company would profit more from a new district manager and better HR resources. Siv has made a number of us uncomfortable I've seen people having mental breakdowns in the back after talking to him, I've never felt more disrespected in my life, things need to change as this is a reoccurring problem the staff don't deserve to be treated like dogs they deserve respect and better than Siv, this is all I have to say today other than that I love the staff and the best selection of shoes. Miss you guys!!!
