Absolutely wonderful service. Phoned before I went in and the person I spoke to was polite and helpful. I had to get a jumpsuit fixed, but all it needed was a 5 minute stitch up of one of the seams. Was done on the spot right after I walked in, I was in and out in 10 minutes and it was under $10. Highly recommend!

Went in to hem a pair of pants I bought. Needed it the same day and they thankfully provided same day service. They said it would take about 2 hours, but they were done in less than 1. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I did not feel uncomfortable even though it was my first time at a tailor. Overall a great place with reasonable pricing to get your clothes adjusted. Would come again for the great service.

My son ripped his winter coat at school five days before Christmas. I brought his coat into the store to see if it could be repaired. Not only were the staff extremely kind and professional, Sam prioritized my sons coat and fixed it on the spot. It was ready in 45 minutes. I couldn’t believe Sam would do this for us during the busiest time of year. The jacket looks brand new. I highly recommend this tailor shoppe.

I'd realistically give them 3.5 stars. Pretty good place. I had a large order of both dry-cleaning and various alterations. Only complaint is they did not match the threading on one of my pants very well. Other than that, everything was done on-time as specified, and for a pretty good price too. I would recommend this place to a friend looking to get dry-cleaning done.

If I could give this a ZERO rating I would!!! BE AWARE!!!I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!I brought my brand new Peter Nygård $700 suit (which I wore once) in to be dry cleaned.THEY LOST IT!!!The owner was unwilling to accept responsibility or make any amends. He tried to put blame on the customer (saying it must have been picked up already)!! Which definitely was not the case!! Horrible accountability and customer service!NEVER will I go there again!UPDATE... IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REBUTTLE...This review is more than fair and absolutely accurate...To your points..1. a receipt WAS provided for pick up! .. and in fact I still have it!2. the receipt was less than 5 months old so your accusation that the suit was brought in over a year ago is FALSE!3. the suit absolutely belongs to me! I am appalled at your audacity to suggest otherwise!4. there was no attempt to try to fix it" or offer a resolution.. rather to the contrary

my first impression of here were very clean, two changing rooms, and friendly owner.Even though these days are very busy due to convocation ceremony, he had a pair of dress pants hemmed within an hour.He set the perfect length of my pants.I had great experience here.Absolutely wonderful service.I'll become a regular customer.

I brought 5 items for dry cleaning on Saturday and he had them ready by Tuesday.. needless to say, they were super quick and did a fabulous job! My blazers and dress pants look brand-spankin’ new! Pricing is very reasonable and ultimately in my experience, the best bang for my buck. I will definitely be returning, I am so impressed!
